If you're craving a musical adventure as delightful as a fresh papaya on a summer day, you've found it. Papaya Ryders are a band born from the cultural crossroads of Germany, Austria and Italy — and they call their sound "Papayadelic."
Founded in Munich, we mix indie, funk, blues and rock into our own take on live music — sometimes laid-back, sometimes energetic, sometimes a little harder to pin down. With a mix of our original songs alongside a collection of carefully chosen covers, we like to keep things varied and leave enough room for the unexpected.
For us, its all about good songs, good vibes and that moment when the music starts to take on a life of its own.
